Mobile Ad Sales in 2011 and Beyond

The worldwide phenomenon of mobile advertising is well-documented, and its growth sees no end in sight.  This of course bodes well for digital media advertising salespeople and marketers.

Harald Neidhardt, CMO and Co-Founder of Smaato Inc., a California-based mobile advertising company boasting a mobile advertising platform aggregating more than 50+ mobile ad networks worldwide, is quoted as saying the following:

“In 2011, we will be inside the tornado of the Mobile Industry!  Mobile apps will continue to surprise the media; new smartphones and tablet PCs are enhancing our daily digital lives.  With new innovations like LTE broadband bandwidth, NFC smartphones and more relevant mobile ad platforms, we will see a dramatic liftoff in global Mobile Advertising.”

Mobile advertising will become richer, more informative and yet more entertaining.  Companies like iVdopia who have a strong share of the rich media display mobile space will benefit greatly in 2011.

So, as the year draws to a close and we look to the future, let’s take a look at some of 2010’s more impressive mobile ad campaigns.
