A Digital Marketing Platform that offers solutions such as customer acquisition and predictive analytics for businesses is seeking a seasoned and capable VP Business Development Manager who is passionate about digital advertising to identify, pitch, and sign new supply partnerships for their advertising platform and oversee the roll out of future publisher related product introductions. The right person for this role will establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations and will utilize those relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth.  The individual will be managing 1 person while building out the Biz Dev team across the US.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, strategic, and sets a high bar for themselves. Strong attention to detail is required as is the ability to see ‘the big picture. You will be part of a small executive team that is responsible for driving growth.   • Prospect, pitch, and sign new supply partnerships for our advertising platform and other publishing initiatives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners to manage new business opportunities and new product introductions
  • Continually evaluate and improve upon new business strategies
  • Negotiate contract terms and execute partner agreements


  • Experience in the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Experience in a Business Development role including prospecting, signing new business, and meeting revenue goals
  • Ability to strategically think about new business opportunities and the best ways to drive revenue growth
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • The ability to be detail oriented while being able to keep ‘the big picture in mind
  • Possess a positive, motivated, and results oriented attitude
  • Existing relationships with top-tier digital publishers preferred
