Summary:
A global header bidding ad network seeking a Sales Executive to establish new business in the US market. This is an entry-level role. We are a programmatic ad network focused on simplifying the programmatic space for small and medium-sized publishers. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about programmatic advertising while contributing to the growth of a unique, fast-paced, and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and closing Tier 2 / Tier 1 potential publisher clients, managing an entire sales cycle from inception to closure to up-sell including prospecting, discovery, evaluation, proposal, justification, close, and handoff / teaming
- Identifying opportunities for inventory monetization with new or existing publishers, building a consistent and sustainable pipeline
- Contribute consistently to quarterly revenue attainment by building strong partnerships and relationships with publishers
- Educating publishers about monetization and specific ad units
- Identifying opportunities for growth – new publishers, mediums, or channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree
- Experience selling or upselling in the Digital Media, Digital Marketing, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, Advertising, a Technology solution, or related industry, or experience selling a complex product
- Familiarity with basic advertising concepts (programmatic, native, eCPM) and familiarity with digital marketing and industry trends a strong plus
- Thinks strategically learns quickly, and can follow through tactically
- Exudes credibility and business acumen
- Extremely focused, disciplined, and professionally persistent; a sense of urgency on getting things done – outcome-oriented
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, and negotiation skills
- Passionate about digital media and growing a small business; motivated, with a positive, “can do” attitude – resilient
