As a Business Development Manager calling on Digital Publishers, you’ll join a team that’s in growth mode. You will be part of the founding process of our expansion into new areas, both in international markets and new endemic supply strategies. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on strategies to identify, qualify (not every Publisher will make the cut and it’s up to you to be the gatekeeper) and engage new supply partners, cultivating relationships that generate incremental business
  • Negotiate business terms and close deals with premium digital publishers that provide quality inventory available through our open Exchange as well as our buying platform for health care marketers, Life
  • Prospect multiple prospective supply partners each week (via email and phone), set up and deliver pitch meetings, manage close rate KPIs, and forecast probabilities of closure
  • Facilitate initial integration support and monitor client’s satisfaction levels
  • Keep abreast of the changes in the programmatic/AdTech marketplace
  • Take a founding role in building out our new strategy for international expansion
  • Expand your network of publisher contacts

Qualifications:

  • Digital media experience on the ad tech side and a strong understanding of the programmatic buying transaction
  • Excellent prospecting, vetting, and presentation (in person and over the phone) skills
  • A history of negotiating and closing inventory deals with direct/premium publishers
  • Experience closing health and pharma publishers a plus
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
