Summary:
A full-service digital marketing agency that provides digital marketing is seeking an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing the appropriate market strategy in order to earn prospective business, and advise current customers in order to maximize revenue and hit a new/upsell/retention revenue quota consistently.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business sales and up-sales from existing customers
 - Plan strategically for sales growth by understanding market potential for an existing customer list and ability to maximize share within the current book
 - Identify your prospect targets based on your current relationships and your referral network, and execute tightly against that plan
 - Be a resource for the Marketing Team, providing information and individual client success and areas for improvement, and assist with successful implementation of objectives
 - Effectively transition accounts to Customer Success Team members to maximize revenue creation opportunities and minimize customer cancellations
 - Proactively monitor and analyze account performance and trends to determine adjustments to dealer expectations, goals, and objectives. Share feedback internally and serve as a leader within the organization to help improve overall business processes
 
Qualifications:
- Experience selling Paid Search advertising, preferably with experience selling to local Auto clients
 - Experience in Digital Media platforms, specifically with Google Analytics, Google Ad Network, Microsoft Ads, SEO, Facebook
 - Ability to translate technical aspects to customer facing business language
 - Proven track record of flawless execution and attention to detail
 - Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Mastery of Google Analytics & Google Ad Network
 - Strong ability to understand complex technology and explain their benefit to the client
 - Communication skills (clarity, tone / convey information in an organized, efficient manner that is suitable for the audience in both written and verbal communication)
 - Advertising agency experience
 - Salesforce CRM experience
 - Jira, or ticketing system experience preferred
 - Bachelor’s degree or other equivalent years of experience preferred

Thus, know that anything we note in a salary range does NOT include such other compensation elements. And, as recruiters, we don’t know what all of those elements are, as we are recruiting for a company, not for ourselves, and they do not brief us as to each benefit. We are a 3rd party and can only estimate to the best of our knowledge, and thus offer the minimum and maximum salary MRG in good faith believes at the time of the posting the client is willing to pay for the advertised job.
Qualified by all of the above, for this job with requisite/required years of the required experience and skills, the minimum and maximum base salary is approximated at $80k and $90k respectfully, exclusive of any other incentive or any element of healthcare coverage, any reference to how much a person would have to contribute to the premium of a healthcare plan, any perks, or other forms of compensation. Fewer years of experience could bring the base salary lower, and more experience could bring the base salary higher, if the company is willing to increase their salary bands.
