Media Recruiting Group started as an entrepreneurial business and grew into a 10+ person industry leader. The company was founded and built by Risa and Steve Goldberg.

Risa, President of the firm, has a rich history in advertising sales and ad sales management. Steve, Executive Vice President and Managing Partner, has a strong executive-level human resources and financial background. By pooling their combined knowledge and skills, they have made Media Recruiting Group the recruiter of choice for media sales and marketing.

To build Media Recruiting Group’s staff, Risa and Steve turned to the business community. Instead of hiring recruiters, they hired smart, digital-savvy industry professionals with hands-on knowledge and backgrounds in Digital and Integrated Media, SaaS, Advertising and Digital Marketing. Because Media Recruiting Group’s search specialists have held professional positions in the type of businesses for which they are recruiting, they are more insightful about client and candidate needs. This has resulted in a higher success rate for clients.
